Is shipping really free?
Yes, every U.S. order ships free, no minimum spend required. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
What if I need to send something back?
You've got 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items need to be unworn, tags still on, in their original packaging, plus proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are on the customer unless the item arrived wrong, damaged, or defective. Sale items, gift cards, perishables, custom pieces, and hazardous materials aren't eligible. Where's my order?
As soon as it ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can follow it live on our Order Tracking Page.
Not sure which size to grab?
Every product page has a size chart, so use it. If you're stuck between two sizes, going up is usually the safer bet.
What can I pay with?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, and Shop Pay are all accepted.
How fast will my order arrive?
We process orders within 2 to 3 business days, and total delivery usually lands between 6 and 12 business days. We currently only ship within the U.S., and can't deliver to PO boxes, military addresses, or certain restricted areas. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
